While being two independent projects with different owners, these newly introduced additions to the Saifi area of downtown Beirut reflect the requirements and criteria of the City Center Master Plan.
The 2 residential buildings are comprised of basements that house the parking and the technical spaces, one ground floor dedicated to the highly prized shops for one of the buildings and several residential floors with different sizes of apartments and studios.
The shorter building’s last floor is smaller in surface but with a large terrace that overlooks Beirut and the sea beyond, while the taller building houses a duplex penthouse. Both buildings communicate with each other, and their language reflects the contextual Architecture of the surrounding, which is a post-modern Lebanese style that characterizes all the buildings of the downtown area.
The use of “Forni” color stone with a wood color palette provides the warm touch that every residential owner aspires to.
