Inspired by the simplicity of modern architecture, this project marries perfectly its surroundings by the shape of the buildings that follows the site, gently hugging and framing the neighborhood plaza, reinforcing it as the gathering point – the village square.
Using modernist architectural philosophy at its core, the projects form follows its functions efficiently, maximizing the use of spaces and areas, without compromising design, planning or views, and flooding the apartments with natural light.
Fair-face concrete, reinterpreted modern architectonic elements and numerous other features, such as large flowerbeds, all contribute to giving this project a very contemporary look and feel.
