“The myth of the reborn Phoenix”
Located in the Beirut Central District, on the Place de l’Etoile, it represents one of Beirut’s first symbols of postwar reconstruction.
The challenge was to create a new language interacting with the future, yet preserving the urban tissue of the Place de l’Etoile: a contextual architecture.A yellow stone base, symbol of solidity and an articulated glass volume, symbol of modernity form a harmonious symbiosis of two periods, two styles.
