Mourad Tower

Located in Dubai, this project combines different functions: nine residential floors, five office floors, one commercial ground floor, as well as a parking space that occupies two floors above ground and three floors below ground.

The combination of these functions made the expression of the building a real challenge.In contrast to the repetitive glass module that is clear in the offices floors, an irregular combination of balconies identify the residential part giving it a different reading while integrating with the whole.
