This residential building sits on a prime site of Reem Island and houses one basement, one ground floor and eight floors of luxurious living. The usual typical floor plan was not adopted in this design scheme and each residential floor is treated differently. They present different size apartments of one and two bedrooms.
The volume of the building engages in a playful language that presents with an irregular manner, flower beds, balconies and awnings by having slabs retreat in places and protrude in others.
The whole composition reminds the passerby of the familiar style of the Mediterranean Architecture.
