Located in a densly populated area of Beirut, the Lebanese Hospital – Geitaoui Medical Center dates back to the beginning of the 20th century.
Its growth over the years was unplanned and unorganized thus causing a chaotic ensemble of blocks with a disfunctional circulation.
The board of directors recently decided upon a re-structuring of the whole, with renovations to the existing blocks and an expansion of its facilities to accomodate new medical services.
In contrast to the chaotic ensemble of blocks and disfunctional circulation, the designed master plan calls for a clear and functional scheme.
