Grand Millenium Hotel Dubai

The original concept and program of this project was 2 residential towers linked by floating gardens on three different levels that would act as communal spaces to serve all residents of the building.

As the project developed, and during construction, the client decided to transform the project into a 5-star hotel with full amenities, including conference rooms and a health club/spa.
