Beirut New Municipality Building

Designed to house different govermental departments, this new municipality building combines the institutional image with the modern flexibility.

Located at a triangular site surrounded by two roads, the edifice is composed of two separate blocks linked together by a hall communicating with both roads. The ensemble relate organically with the geometry of the land.
