AAA Villa

This private villa was inspired by the traditional introspected courtyard houses of the Middle East.
Wrapping around two adjacent courtyards, all rooms in the villa overlook a swimming pool and a garden terrace.

The Moucharabiyya-inspired street facades allow for playful architectonics, creating opportunities to look out without being seen from the outside, and the protruding, angled elevations cut the linearity of the street’s villas’ facades.
