4904 Achrafieh

The project was designed as a 13-floor furnished apartment building, with shops on the ground floor and mezzanine. The first 11 floors each have 3 apartments per floor, the 12th floor has 2 apartments (with one that benefits from a large terrace), and a final penthouse on the 13th (also with a large terrace).

The design intent was to have the building look like 3 adjacent volumes (instead of one massive block), reinforcing the verticality & height of the buildings. The small, playful balconies combined with the use of different materials, animate the facades, giving an overall contemporary look.

The proposed interiors to reflect this contemporary and very trendy ambiance.
