Housing 2-bedroom & 3-bedroom apartments on 8 floors, totalling in ten (10) 2-bedroom apartments and five (5) 3-bedroom apartments, with a ground floor that houses a small lounge café and garden, the project has a human scale, an element lacking in many of the new constructions.

The expression of the project is driven mainly by the requirements of the Ministry of Culture of Lebanon to keep the facade of the old building, with a touch of Contemporary design.
